Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms. FairCrew Fremont Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services in Fremont, CA and surrounding areas. When you hire us or request a quote, you accept these terms in full.
Services We Provide
We offer concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. Each project starts with a free quote. We will assess your property, discuss your needs, and provide a written estimate before any work begins.
Quotes and Pricing
Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change if material costs increase or if your project scope changes. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You need to provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets and people stay clear of the construction zone. If we need to remove existing concrete or structures, you must obtain any required permits. We will guide you through what is needed for your specific project.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates based on weather, material availability, and project size. California weather can affect concrete work, especially during rain or extreme heat. We will keep you updated if delays occur and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Quality
We stand behind our work. Our concrete installations come with a warranty against defects in workmanship. Normal wear, settling, or damage from improper use or maintenance is not covered. We use quality materials and proven techniques to ensure your concrete lasts for years to come.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your project scope or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes may affect your final price. Cancellations after materials are ordered may incur costs for those materials. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Limitation of Liability
We carry proper insurance and take safety seriously. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on your property, underground utilities not marked by proper authorities, or damage from acts of nature after project completion.
